All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service where it would be unsafe, unlawful, or outside the scope of work we are able to perform.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates we provide are non-binding unless confirmed in writing. The final price for a project may vary based on the scope of work, materials selected, site conditions, and any unforeseen issues discovered during the project. We will communicate changes that affect pricing before proceeding whenever possible.

3. Payments

Our website does not collect payments. All payments are handled directly outside the website. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. Failure to pay amounts owed may result in lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. Pets and any hazards must be secured before our team arrives. Clear access helps us complete the work safely and on schedule.
